Justin K. Maxwell is a seasoned security and emergency preparedness professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning executive protection, intelligence operations, emergency response, travel security, and crisis management. A U.S. Army veteran with two deployments, Justin currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Protective Services and Travel Security for a Global Financial Institution, where he oversees security operations, executive protection, and high-risk travel programs supporting senior leadership and critical operations across the United States.
Throughout his career, Justin has specialized in building resilient security programs focused on preparedness, rapid response, and protecting people during high-stress and evolving situations. His background combines real-world operational leadership with hands-on instruction in life-saving emergency care and disaster readiness.
Passionate about empowering individuals, families, and communities to become more self-reliant and prepared, Justin regularly teaches CPR, AED, advanced bleeding control, and first aid training. He believes preparedness is not just a professional responsibility, but a critical life skill that strengthens communities and saves lives when seconds matter most.
