Ray Tyler

Ray Tyler is a small-scale organic market farmer, educator, author, and consultant based in Selmer, Tennessee.

He owns and operates Rose Creek Farms, a certified organic farm located in the western part of Tennessee in the small rural town of Selmer.

He grows and sells year-round to farmers’ markets, an online store, and grocery stores that specialize in high-value specialty salad greens, root vegetables, herbs, and much more.

Growing on about 1 acre of active land using innovative systems such as high tunnels, soil and plant fertility management, pest and disease methods, and watering techniques has helped him extend the growing season 52 weeks a year, even in the hot, humid Southern climate of Tennessee.
